It fits our sinck perfectly. It's more pricy than other colanders I found, but I think it's worth th eprice. The only improvement I can think of is to raise it higher so that it won't sit on the bot...

A silverware rack of similar size and quality, but with dividers, would be an excellent companion. The colander is sturdy and well-designed.
